Return Policy
Toner Cartridge Depot offers a 30-day guarantee against defects on all products sold. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support at 1-866-587-8640 to verify the defect. Once the defect is verified, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is valid for 20 days.
To return a product, you must follow these guidelines::
- All products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Any item returned without an RMA number will be refused.
- All non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Requests for a return, even if the error was made by Toner Cartridge Depot, must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- All defective returns will be inspected, and toner cartridges will be weighed. Products found to be non-defective or used will not be credited.
