Our Return Policy:

All returns are subject to the following:

• All products must be returned in original packaging
• Shipping fees are not refundable
• Any item returned without an RMA number will be refused
• All non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Request for a return, even one resulting from a Toner Cartridge Depot error, must be made within 30 days of receipt

All defective returns will be inspected, and toner cartridges will be weighed. Products found to be non-defective or used will not be credited.

Note! Returns in poor condition may be subject to a fee or denied.
